At Cocohemistry we use only the finest ingredients and aim to produce a unique and wonderful taste experience for our customers. All of our chocolates are manufactured in our production kitchen which handles a wide variety of food materials. We use a number of materials classified by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as food allergens and includes materials such as peanuts, nuts, milk, soya, eggs, sulphur dioxide/sulphites and cereals containing gluten. We endeavour to minimise cross contamination from batch to batch so as to limit the inclusion of materials, however as we are not an allergen free manufacturing kitchen there is the chance of allergen inclusion. If you have a specific allergy to a food ingredient we recommend in the first case contacting us to discuss your dietary requirements and can provide additional details on the ingredients we use.
